I have been wondering if the mailings are still a way to grab the attention of your customers and make them buy as per a specific request in the « push to action mailing ».
Do you still read, take time to look at these mailings? Are they going to your spams box and then end up not reading them because it was sent last week, already considered « being too old », don’t you think?

From the perspective of the company, you are taking a lot of time working on this mail. In my previous jobs, being in Nepal or France, I was looking after mailings. When the opening is 20%, you are already jumping to the roof but the results can be less.
So one question for you, are you still sending a mailing or you do consider that you would have less campaign sent but effective ones based on your brand’s story: Special anniversary, festival and holidays, discount season, sales?
